2. What is Sound Textures
Sound Textures is a digital tool focused on converting short samples into long, coherent, and usable sound textures, with a workflow oriented toward real production.

3. Eligibility and permitted use
By using the site or the service, you declare that:

- does not constitute automatic acceptance as a client or user;

- does not create a contractual relationship other than what is set forth in these terms and the privacy policy.

5. Intellectual property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the rights to:

- the texts,
- the landing page structure,
- the logos,
- the graphic resources,

belong to their respective owner or to whoever legally holds them.
You do not acquire any intellectual property rights by using the site or registering on the waitlist.
6. User content and materials
If in the future the service allows uploading samples, files, instructions, or user material, you will retain ownership of what belongs to you. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable authorization to the extent legally possible to process that material solely for the purpose of operating, testing, improving, or providing the requested service.
You must not upload material that:
